WHAT LO LOVES · THE JEWELRY JOURNAL
My David Yurman collection edit.
The pink bracelet I’ve kept for years, the cable styles I’d pair with it, and a few little hearts to love.

I posted about David Yurman’s pink bracelets back in 2022, and that little post still gets clicks. I bought the slim version in a size small years ago, and I still have it! It felt like the right time to revisit the collection and pull together the pieces I’m drawn to now.
There’s a mix here: the bright pink rubber bracelets, silver cable styles with softer pink details, heart pendants, and ribbon pieces from the Breast Cancer Research Foundation collection. Think of this as my David Yurman wish list alongside an old favorite I actually own.
The bracelet that started it.
The original pink bracelet is such an easy starting point. I like the idea of wearing that pop of color by itself on a casual day, then pairing it with a silver cable bracelet when I want a little more detail. You get the same twisted texture with a completely different feel.
For this bracelet edit, I pulled together the simple rubber cable, pink aluminum Renaissance style, and silver cable options with pink stones. My favorite way to approach a stack is to start with one piece you love and build slowly—there’s no need to wear the whole collage at once.

A little heart moment.
The heart pendants bring a softer feel to the edit. I’m drawn to the contrast between the pale blush heart, the brighter pink pavé look, and the two-tone heart with its silver cable detail and gold border.
I’d let one heart be the focus with a simple neckline, or repeat a little of its metal tone in a bracelet. Mixing silver and gold feels especially easy when a pendant already brings the two together. Check each listing for whether the chain is included; pendants and chains may be sold separately.

The BCRF collection & why October feels fitting.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so I wanted to give David Yurman’s BCRF pieces their own space here. The pink rubber bracelets are part of the brand’s fundraising collection, along with select ribbon and other jewelry styles.
The current campaign extends beyond October. That makes this a collection you can revisit after the month ends, too.
The current donation details: Through July 31, 2027, David Yurman will donate 100% of the net proceeds from its pink rubber bracelets and 20% of the retail sale price from select styles to BCRF. The brand lists a minimum guaranteed donation of $25,000. These terms apply to eligible styles; pink color alone doesn’t mean a piece is included.

How I’d choose a piece.
If you love a simple bracelet, I’d start by comparing the rubber cable widths and checking the size guide. If you prefer a little sparkle, look more closely at the gemstone cable styles. For a gift, a heart pendant or ribbon piece gives you a different direction—but I’d always check the metal, measurements, chain details, and donation eligibility on the exact listing first.
I’ve included another bracelet-and-ribbon collage below so you can see the shapes together. Prices printed on these graphics are a snapshot; the retailer’s current listing is the place to check before buying.

My original slim pink bracelet is still the piece with the story behind it. These collages are the pieces I’d explore around it, from an everyday cable bracelet to a little heart for a gift wish list.
